Who we are

Eightyfour is a small, experienced team of mobile app and website developers who work with small businesses, community projects and independent creators. We handle the whole job ourselves: working out what you need, designing it, building it, putting it online and keeping it running. Because it's the same people all the way through, nothing gets lost between steps and you always know who to call.

How we work

• Plain English. You don't need to know anything about how websites work. We'll explain what matters and leave out the rest.
• You stay in control. Every app and site we build has a simple editor, so you can change words, photos and pages yourself whenever you like.
• Faster than you'd expect. We use the latest AI tools alongside our own experience. We recently took an app from nothing to the App Store in two weeks, something that used to take six months to a year.
• We stick around. We keep your site running on our own computers (that's all hosting is), keep it secure and backed up, and are a message away when you need a hand.

We also make Hüff, a breathing and meditation app for iPhone and Android. Building and running our own app every day keeps us sharp, and it means we know exactly what it takes to keep something working well for real people.
